[ RESPONDENTS ] This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue appropriate direction to the fourth respondent to reimburse the sum of Rs.72 000/- towards medical expenses incurred by the petitioner at Vijaya Heart Foundation, Chennai as per the New Health Insurance Scheme 2012 implemented by the Government of Tamil Nadu in the light of the representation dated 15.10.2012 of the petitioner within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
