Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents more particularly the second respondent to determine the compensation amount under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) in respect of the land owned by the petitioner namely Plot Nos.222, 223 totally measuring an extent of 4800 sq.ft. in Poonamallee Mannur Vijayam Sowbhagya Cooperative Maha Nagar, comprised in survey No.519/5C, 519/5F in No.50, Mannur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District and pay the same to the petitioner with interest admissible in law pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2020. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents more particularly the second respondent to determine the compensation amount under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) in respect of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the land owned by the petitioner namely Plot Nos.222, 223 totally measuring an extent of 4800 sq.ft. in Poonamallee Mannur Vijayam Sowbhagya Cooperative Maha Nagar, comprised in survey No.519/5C, 519/5F in No.50, Mannur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District and pay the same to the petitioner with interest admissible in law pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2020, already order has been passed.
