Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5293/A3/2010, dated 2.3.2012 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation dated 22.3.2012 as well as 12.4.2013 by renewing the recognition from L.K.G. to 6th Standard for the period from 2013 to 2016 and by renewing the recognition from L.K.G. to 6th standard for the period from 2017 to 2020 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. The petitioner Matriculation School is run by a Trust. The impugned order was passed by the Director of Matriculation Schools, namely, the 1st respondent herein, regarding the
renewal of the recognition for the petitioner's school. 2.
In the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.17440/2011, this Court has stated as follows: ''Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of giving a direction to the first respondent to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order...'' 3.
Pursuant to the said direction of this Court, a Notification was taken up by the Inspector of Matriculation Schools, Erode on 08.08.2011 and a report was filed enlisting the shortcomings before granting recognition to the petitioner's school. Now, challenging the said order of the Director of Matriculation School, the above Writ Petition has been filed. 4.
In compliance with the shortcomings that were pointed out in the impugned order, it is stated by the petitioner that on 22.03.2012, they have sent a representation to the 1st respondent stating that they have already complied with the shortcomings pointed out in the impugned order. 5.
At the time of admission of this Writ Petition, this Court has specifically given a direction to the respondents to consider the said application. However, the same has not been done till today.

Be that as it may be, the respondents are directed to inspect the petitioner's school once again and consider their representation dated 22.03.2012 in the light of the inspection report and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Though in the Writ Petition, the petitioner's school have sought for temporary recognition from 2010-13 because of the passage of time, the petitioner's school are seeking recognition from LKG to 6th Standard for the period from 2017 to 2020. The petitioner's school has also filed M.P.No.1/2013 and WMP.No.10965/2017 to that effect. The said WMPs. are also ordered.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
