The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 08.5.2014 made by the petitioner seeking restoration of petitioner's patta land to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner claims ownership in respect of a portion of the property, which is now under the occupation of Puzhal Panchayat Union. In view of the fact that the property right cannot be adjudicated in a writ proceedings, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court of law, if he could able to establish his right through documents and evidences.

3. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
