O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to challenge the black listing order passed by the respondent in Ref No.001/M(P)/ DRUGS/TNMSC2013, dated 21.12.2013, against the petitioner's Company.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's Company has supplied medicines with a label of non existing Company and that, if a drug supplied with label of non existing Company would deem to be the spurious drug. Hence, the respondent has issued a show cause https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to the petitioner's Company and the petitioner's Company has given its explanation and the same not satisfied the respondent. Hence, the petitioner was black listed for the period of five years from 20.12.2013. Now it is stated that such a period of black listing is over by 20.12.2018 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3.Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
