ORDER

Challenging the order dated 20.06.2023 passed by the first respondent directing to remove the 'Viduthalai Chiruthaikal Katchi' political party flag pole erected on Thalaivaipatti Joint Road Nadupatti Village, Kadayampatti Taluk, Salem District within a period of 15 days, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court. Since the time granted by the first respondent for removing the said political party flag pole got lapsed on 05.07.2023 itself, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
