No.22045 of 2007 and order dated 17.08.2021 in W.A. No.1235 of 2021.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has submitted a representation before the 3rd respondent seeking issuance of patta.

3. The 3rd respondent is directed to issue notice to all the interested persons, hold an enquiry and pass a final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter and it is at the discretion of the 3rd respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
