This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12840 of 2022 on 07.06.2022 to appear before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Taluk Police Station, Villupuram daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m.

and 05.30 p.m, until further orders.
