ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents herein to take immediate action for reinstating the petitioner to the service by considering the representation dated 15.04.2025 within a time frame.

2. Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the time of admission stage itself.
3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was suspended from service on 24.12.2024, in pursuance of the registration of the criminal cases against her. It is the specific submission of the petitioner that she is an innocent and the criminal cases registered against her has no nexus with the administrative position. Hence, he seeks direction against the respondents.

At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would vehemently opposed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody, in Cr.No.49 of 2024 under section 406, 417 and 420 of I.P.C, at Avadi CCB Police Station. It is also submitted that the petitioner was enlarged on bail after a period of 30 days. However, he fairly submitted that the 3/6
representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 would be considered in reasonable time.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
