availing the benefit under G.O.Ms.No.234 School Education dated 10.09.2009 and consequently direct the respondents to extend the benefit to G.O.Ms.No. 234 School Education Department dated 10.09.2009 on par with Government Teachers who are similarly placed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died on 17.03.2023. Even then, the legal heirs of the petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as parties to proceed with this petition.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
