3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.17044 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022 and issue fresh order copy. However, the time is extended till 22.08.2022, to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17044 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022.
