By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner seeks a death certificate of a certain Sengodanayakkar and Angammal. There was an objection from a certain Parimala, who claims that the petitioner has little to do with this couple. 3.The matter was enquired by the 4th respondent, who recorded the evidence based on which he had reasons to conclude that the petitioner might not be the son of the aforementioned couple.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
5.Since there is a dispute over the legal status of the petitioner as the son of the aforementioned couple, it is only appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to establish his status as their son. 6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
