ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to convert the existing Non Domestic Non Essential - NDNE Distributorship of the Petitioner herein as Regular LPG Distributor before appointing new Regular LPG Distributors.
2. The cause arose for the purpose of filing the writ petition did not exist as of now. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that, some grievances are existing in respect of subsequent development. If so, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities by way of representation or appeal for redressing the grievances in the manner known to law.
With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
