Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relevant to the order of awarding of marks dated 15.12.2012 passed by the interview committee and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable and against the natural justice and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 6 to award the Retail Outlet Dealership at Oppathavadi to Kirshnagiri (LHS) on NH - 46, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu infavour of the petitioner.

O R D E R

The relief sought in this writ petition is to quash the order dated 15.12.2012 passed by the third respondent and to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to award the Retail Outlet Dealership at Oppathavadi to Kirshnagiri (LHS) on NH - 46, Krishnagiri District, in favour of the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
