These writ petitions have been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the document bearing No.189/2012, dated 20.03.2012, and the document bearing No.P 201200237/2012, dated 29.03.2012, respectively, within the stipulated time. 3.At this stage of hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsels, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondent, had submitted that the representations of the petitioner, dated 28.3.2013, had already been disposed of by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, by releasing the documents in question. Therefore, the writ petitions may be dismissed, as infrucutous. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondent, this Court is of view that, as the representations of the petitioner, dated 28.3.2013, had already been disposed of by the respondent, by releasing the documents in question, the writ petitions have become infrucutuous. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
