The writ petition had been disposed of on 19.12.2022. The order is self explanatory. It is however listed under the caption 'for being mentioned.'

2. Even in the order of the writ petition, it has been noted that there are rival claims to the title.

3. It has been stated that all the rival claims can be settled only in the civil suit, which is already pending.

4. Any person aggrieved, who need not necessarily be a party to the writ petition, can still file an appeal on leave being sought and on leave being granted. No further clarification is required.
