Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that liberty be granted to the petitioners to go before the authority concerned, if the same cause of action is still subsisting. 3.Granting such liberty to the petitioners, the writ petition stands disposed of.
