(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with the order dated 13.03.2020 made in Crl.Op.No.4421 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier, the petitioners have been granted bail by this Court in Crl.Op.No.4421 of 2020, on 13.03.2020 with condition to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate within 15 days. He would further submit that the petitioners were unable to surrender and execute the sureties within 15 days, and thereby, the earlier order had got lapsed and hence, he prays to extend the time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard both sides. The order dated 13.03.2020 in Crl.Op.No.4421 of 2020 has lapsed by efflux of time.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh application.
