No.85 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Katpadi with respect to the description of the western boundary of the suit property as detailed below, (CMP.NO.16441/2018) pending disposal of the above SA.NO.344/2015 and;

ii) To receive the following documents as additional documents in the above S.A.No.344 of 2015 Order : These Miscellaneous petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MANI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.16441 of 2018 is filed to amend the plaint in O.S.No.85 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Katpadi with respect to the description of the western boundary of the suit property and Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.16442 of 2018 is filed to receiving the documents as additional documents in the above S.A.No.344 of 2015. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, who has no objection in allowing the CMPs.
