This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 246 days in filing the petition to restore the second appeal in SA.No.976 of 2001.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the petition.

3.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions is allowed and consequently, the Registry is directed to number the restore petition and post the same on 10.01.2020.
