Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to set aside order dated 09.07.2025 passed in IA No.423 of 2025 on the file DRAT, Chennai and quash the same and consequently direct the Ld. DRAT, Chennai to accept the DD No.017981, (Pre Deposit amount) and number the Misc. Appeal (Dy) No. 17/2024.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.22441 of 2026 filed to permit the petitioners to file a

single writ petition is allowed subject to payment of separate court-fee within a period of two weeks from today.
