O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 19.11.2021 in W.P.No.24710 of 2021.
2. This Contempt Petition has been listed today along with connected W.P.Nos.15903 and 26939 of 2022. The said Writ Petitions have been closed today vide separate order. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"2. When these Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner's family are the tenants in the Wakf property. He further submitted that the Zonal Officer-XIII Greater Chennai Corporation vide proceedings dated 03.12.2022 has disposed of the plea of all the parties concerned and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in these Petitions. He has produced the copy of the proceedings dated 03.12.2022 to that effect.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and also recording the proceedings dated 03.12.2022, this Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 2/4
No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed."
3. In view of the aforesaid order passed in the Writ Petitions, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
