O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents expeditiously to purchase the land in S.No.54/2, spread over 1.94 Hectares from "A/m.Arulmigu Thaanthondreeswarar and Astapuja Balamadhana Venugopala Swami Temple and to construct school building with all facilities and to provide to the upgraded High School, Athanoorpati.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that as the school building was already constructed, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
