2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a property belonging to the second respondent Kalaimagal Sabha is being auctioned. At present, the petitioner is said to be in possession and enjoyment of the property and he is said to be cultivating the land.

3. The only request made by the petitioner is that he is ready to handover the land to the auction purchaser, but till then he may be permitted to continue in possession. No exception can be taken to the said request. However, the petitioner must pay whatever penalty or amount that is demanded by Respondents 2 and 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
