ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner filed a memo dated 28.06.2022 stating that the respondent company has already been liquidated and also submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to pursue his remedy before the liquidator.

2. It is needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to approach the liquidator for the redressal of his grievances in the manner known to law.
