2. This Miscellaneous Petition is taken out, seeking condonation of delay of one day, in filing the accompanying Tax Appeal.

3. We have perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition, which is sworn to by the Office of The Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Coimbatore.

4. Since we are satisfied that there is a justifiable cause in occasioning of the delay, and that too the delay being only one day, we consider that ends of justice would be better served by condoning the delay, so that the Tax Appeal can be numbered and taken up for consideration. Hence, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
