O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed stating that the order of this Court dated 25.02.2021 passed in W.P.No.4258 of 2021 has not been complied with by the respondent.

2.Today when this matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent submitted that substantial portion of amount has already been paid to the petitioner and they are willing to pay the interest on commutation within a period of four weeks. He has also produced the payment details filed by the Respondent Corporation dated 06.01.2023 to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and the communication dated 06.01.2023, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
