This Court, by its Order dated 03.09.2021, granted limited visitation rights to the mother, by which, the mother was permitted to visit the minor child Liana every Saturday between 10.00 a.m and 3.00 p.m in the Emmanuel Methodist Church, Purasawakkam, Doveton, Chennai.

2. Today, a Memo has been filed by the learned counsel appearing for the father, making allegations against the mother of the minor child.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the mother denies such allegations and submits that the copy of the said Memo was not served on her.

4. The minor child was physically present before this Court today and on a personal enquiry made by this Court, the child agreed to abide by the directions 1/4

issued by this Court on 03.09.2021 by continuing to meet her mother in the Emmanuel Methodist Church, Purasawakkam, Doveton, Chennai between 10.00 am and 3.00 p.m on every Saturday.

5. Since the Church is a public place of worship, the apprehension of the father of the child, as seen from the Memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the father, is uncalled for.

6. There is no necessity for neither the parents nor the child to carry any mobile phone into the Church for the purpose of complying with the visitation rights granted by this Court on 03.09.2021.

7. Since the parties have agreed to comply with the interim directions issued by this Court on 03.09.2021 and they are willing to go for trial, the interim arrangement made under the directions issued by this Court on 03.09.2021 shall continue until the disposal of the main Original Petitions. 2/4

8. In view of the above order passed by this Court, Application Nos.3189 of 2020 and 704 of 2021 are closed.
