Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.R.Dillikumar, learned counsel for the respondents. After mutual discussion and negotiation between both parties they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The first claimant R.Devaki alone was awarded a sum of Rs.9,37,200/- along with the further interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum. However, now, the matter has been settled in full quit for a sum of Rs.9,37,200/- as further interest at the rate of 6.5% per annum, with costs as awarded by the Tribunal from the date of filing of the petition till the date of deposit. Of the said amount a sum of Rs.25,000/- has already been deposited to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.197 of 2015.
2.The appellant undertakes and as such is directed to deposit the balance amount Rs.9,12,200/- along with the above said rate of interest of 6.5% per annum, and the same shall be deposited within a period of eight weeks from today.
3.Upon such deposit the first Claimant/ first respondent, will be entitled to withdraw the same, without insisting on any formal petition, upon verification and identity alone.
4.In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition/s is/are closed, if any.

The full court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 2 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
