This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.4854 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner 1/4

was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4854 of 2025 on 24.02.2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. He would further submit that the daily reporting requirement has not become impractical for the petitioner, who is a self-employed individual engaged in business that requires his active and mobile involvement across different locations. The daily appearance is severely affecting his livelihood, freedom of movement, and professional responsibilities. Hence, he seeks for modification of the above said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the submission on both sides, nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.4854 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Tuesday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 2/4
