P.T.ASHA, J., It is rather unfortunate that the Advocate Commissioner who has been appointed by this Court in the above matter and who has received remuneration from the applicant has not deemed it fit to appear before this Court despite his name appearing in the cause list.

2. Even today, the Court finds that the Advocate Commissioner Mr.J.Paulson Jebakumar has not appeared before the Court. Therefore, the warrant issued to him shall be returned and he shall return the money received by him to the learned counsel for the 1/3

applicant.

3. In his place I appoint Mr.Siddharth Govind, Advocate, No.1, 2nd Street, Jagadambal Colony, Royapettah, Chennai 600014, Mob: 9790713794, as an Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall be paid an initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/- and all the incidental expenses relating to the seizure shall be borne by the applicant.

4. The Advocate Commissioner shall undertake to execute the warrant within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
