Alleging that the order passed in W.P.No.13119 of 2003 dated 21.01.2004 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued

in Ni.Mu.No.9534/Ee1/2014 dated 22.09.2014 by the Regional Director of Collegiate Education, Tirunelveli, to that effect.
