Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the impugned Award dated 08.07.2013 in ID.No.92 of 2007 in so far as the first respondent directed reinstatement without back wages and quash the same. Today, both the parties appeared before this Court. Both the petitioner and the second respondent agreed for a settlement and entered into a Memorandum of Settlement dated 13.04.2019. The copy of the Memorandum of Settlement under Section 18(1) read with Section 2(p) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 is also filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
