O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time for execution of bail bond in Crl.O.P No.7489 of 2020, order dated 11.05.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail with a condition to execute their own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the Superintendent of the concerned prison and further the petitioner was directed to issue a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court on or before 08.06.2020, to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner was unable to surrender before the Concerned Court and he seeks three weeks time for the execution of the bail bond. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and three weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and to produce the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
