ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 26.04.2022 in R.C.No.E2125413/Rect.II(2)/2022 passed by the second respondent and consequently to direct the respondents to re-fix the petitioner's seniority as Sub Inspector of Police (L&O) from 01.03.1996 along with all attendant benefits and place him with the appropriate designation.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for 2/4

the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
