ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioners as Junior Inspectors in the Sericulture Department.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the communication in Rc.No.14714/CD3/2014, dated 08.01.2021 issued by the second respondent in the form of compliance report, wherein it is stated that the Government has passed orders appointing the petitioners as Junior Inspectors of Sericulture by G.O.(Ms). No.211, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles & Khadi Department, dated 29.10.2014 and G.O.(Ms) No.27, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles & Khadi Department, dated 10.02.2015.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
