Respondents Prayer: Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling upon the production of the records of the sixth respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.88/2013 dated 09.05.2013 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to continue to pay the selection grade scale of pay to the petitioner in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100+grade pay

5400, with notional effect from 01.01.2006 and monetary benefit as fixed with all benefits.
