Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.3 of 2013, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.10 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet.
