The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 25.10.2013 passed by the first Respondent in Ref.No.MAS/PRE/2015/2003, MAS/3460/1421/2002, MA3071421993212 and for consequential relief.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
