This Application has been filed to order payment out of a sum of Rs.36,000/- standing to the credit of A.No.8504 of 2017 as Court Deposit by issue of Cheque in favour of the applicant.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant. In spite of service of notice, there is no representation for the respondents.

3. Having considered the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is ordered subject to the verification of the records on proper undertaking to re-deposit whenever required by Court.
