Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to return the documents on the basis of the proceedings Central Government Agriculture debt waiver scheme and debt relief scheme 2008 and on the representation given by the petitioner dated 06.06.2014 to the respondent within the time fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent herein to return the documents on the basis of the Central Government Agriculture Debt Waiver Scheme and Debt Relief Scheme, 2008 and on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 06.06.2014.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State Bank of India made a submission that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has settled the loan amount and the Bank also handed over the original title deeds to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
