ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, E-5, Foreshore Estate Police Station, Chennai every day at 10.30 am until further orders by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7677/2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4012/2025 on 21.04.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, E-5, Foreshore Estate Police Station, Chennai every day at 10.30 am until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
