When the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.The writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2014 in respect of plot No.50 comprised in Survey No.178/1, 2, 3 measuring an extent of 10 X 10 metres situated in Chinna Koluvari Village, Vanur, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's representation, direct the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.01.2014 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to any interested person. This exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
