O R D E R
The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay difference in Leave Salary, Gratuity and Pension Arrears as per 13th Wage Settlement dated 04.01.2018 with 10% interest to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is eligible to have difference in leave salary, gratuity and pension arrears in accordance with 13th Wage Settlement, dated 04.01.2018. Claiming the said amount, he has sent a representation on 27.02.2025 and such representation is pending with the respondents. 2/5
3. However, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would object the entitlement of the petitioner. At the same time, she would fairly submit that they would pay the eligible amount in accordance with his service record.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 11.06.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order / Non-Speaking Order dm 3/5
