The matter had been listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' bringing it to the notice of this Court that O.S.A. No. 63 of 2023 is not

connected with the inter parties and the O.S.As. that are pending inter parties are O.S.A. Nos. 64 to 67 of 2023. Hence, the typographical error in paragraph No. 4, which recorded O.S.A. No. 63 of 2023, is hereby replaced with O.S.A. No. 64 of 2023. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff has also acknowledged the same.

2. In view of the same, Registry is directed to delete the numerical 63 that printed in paragraph No.4 and replace the same with numerical 64 and issue a fresh copy.
