Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner non compliance application in NC/911/2022 pending before the 1st respondent and to furnish the information along with the certified documents as per the order in SA.No.13905/F/2021 dated 20.01.2022 passed by the 1st respondent by considering the petitioner representation dated 12.12.2023 and 28.02.2024 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner non compliance application in NC/911/2022 pending before the 1st respondent and to furnish the information along with the certified documents as per the order in SA.No.13905/F/2021 dated 20.01.2022 passed by the 1st respondent by considering the petitioner representation dated 12.12.2023 and 28.02.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents. 2/5

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that an enquiry has been posted on 29.07.2024 for appearance of the petitioner before the first respondent. With regard to the same, Notice has also been served on the petitioner on 16.07.2024.

5. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner's dated 12.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
