O R D E R
[Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for premature release of the convict prisoner under the scheme.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner is under consideration.
3. In view of the said submission, the respondents are directed to complete the process and dispose of the application on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible without causing any undue
delay.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
