C.M.P.No.16121 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.SR.84221 of 2019 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 384 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for the second respondent.

3.Though notice has been served on the first respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 384 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
