..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's Appeal dated 25.05.2026 inasmuch as to not disqualify the petitioner by citing poor vendor rating for all further contracts.

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner was disqualified from participating in the tender process by the TANGEDCO. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 25.05.2026. Seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the said appeal, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the case. The first respondent shall dispose of the appeal without reference to limitation. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
