ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders by dated 24.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12324 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police raised strong objection for modification of the condition stating that the petitioner had appeared before the respondent police only from 22.05.2025 and 04.06.2025 and thereafter, he is not complying with the condition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's non appearance may be condoned and he is the sole breadwinner of his family and it is difficult to appear everyday before the respondent police and therefore, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition from 05.06.2025, this Court directs the petitioner to continue to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 04-07-2025 jai
